OAYS FY2025 CEU Offerings
Receiving CEUs: Important Instructions To ensure compliance with licensing board requirements, sign-in and evaluation are mandatory to receive CEUs. We’ve made the process simple: Complete the fillable forms linked to the right. Sign and date the forms. Email the completed forms to djordan@oays.org, with pjmessiah@oays.org copied. Please be sure all sections of the forms are fully completed before submission. Once we receive your forms, your CEU certificate will be processed and emailed back to you. We recommend scanning and saving a copy of the completed forms for your records. Thank you for your attention to these steps.
